Inspired by Justin's use of OmniFocus to keep him on track for his walkthroughs, here is what I've come up with to help me manage at least the act of walking into teachers' classrooms. If you're conversant in OmniFocus vernacular, I essentially created a sequential project and, before I checked anything off, made a duplicate project which I marked as "on hold."
